Terms and Conditions Product and Ordering Policy

Perfect Jumper value’s its customers, once your order is completed we will process it as quickly as possible, most orders are processed within minutes of being placed. Before ordering please take time to review our Terms and Conditions (to the right).

1. Displayed Cost

The displayed cost of product does not include applicable taxes, shipping, and/or handling fees.

2. Transaction Errors

When purchasing product on-line if you receive a “Transaction Error” message it is recommended that you call Perfect Jumper at 1.877.757.9474 to place your order over the phone rather than resubmitting your credit card information multiple times.  Perfect Jumper is not responsible/liable for miscellaneous transaction and/or overdraft fees resulting from user error or transaction errors.

3. Order Processing and Time

Store prices and process reflect the cost of doing business Monday through Friday from CST 8am until 12noon (for standard shipping and processing). All orders are processed and shipped (postdated) by noon of each business day. Any order placed after CST 12noon will be processed on the following day of business. At your (customer) request there may be an additional fee to accelerate the process of any order, as stated on our order form (print or online).

4. Refund Process

Customer must first request a "Refund Claim Ticket", before returning any product (merchandise). Send your merchandise refund request including your, name, email address and phone number to refund@perfectjumper.com (subject: Refund Claim Ticket). Merchandise is refundable on or before 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all products are considered non-refundable. No exception. Any returned merchandise would incur a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee excludes any taxes, shipping or handling fees associated with customer’s initial order. Any fees associated with returning the merchandise is paid by the customer including, but not limited to postage or delivery fees. Said, Refund Claim Ticket will indicate the exact date customer made request for eligible refund. Refund Claim Ticket will also indicate the exact amount of refund. The customer will receive a refund check from Perfect Jumper, Inc. accounting department. Upon receipt of the customer’s returned merchandise (with Refund Claim Ticket), a refund check will be processed and mailed – post dated by the fifth business day of the month – from Perfect Jumper, Inc. accounting department.

5. Refund Check

Perfect Jumper will only authorize refund check(s) payable to the cardholder’s (or check/money order issuer) name and only mail to the cardholder’s (or check/money order issuer) address.

6. Mailing Returned Merchandise

Any returned merchandise must be shipped to:

7. Disclaimer of Merchandise

Perfect Jumper equipment should be used only as intended and pursuant to the
installation and usage instructions provided with the product.

All equipment should be assembled and installed by an adult. Use of a ladder may be required for proper installation. As with all sporting equipment, each device must be maintained carefully and inspected periodically for proper function and stability.

The user assumes all risk of injury caused by or during the use, installation and maintenance of this product.

Perfect Jumper does notguarantee improvement of basketball skills with the use of its merchandise, nor is Perfect Jumper liable for special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

All items are sold subject to the above conditions. Placement of your order
constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to these terms of sale.

8. Privacy of Personal Information

Perfect Jumper does not sell or trade Customer information.
