How long does shipping take for my PJ product?
For your timely benefit, PJ offers a variety of shipping options. If you have placed your order online, you will be prompted to select an option during your ordering process. The price ranges may be different for each shipping option. Please review your online order receipt for accurate details. How do I cancel my PJ product order?
If your order online has been completed, please call Customer Service during our regular business hours at (618) 465-4667.

Who do I contact?
Our Newsletter is emailed bi-monthly. To receive your free PJ Newsletter email your request to,

How do I assemble my PJ product?
For your benefit, we have posted an "Assembly Instructions" button next to each product; you may click it and print it. If you have additional questions feel free to call during our normal business hours.
Where can I find stores that carry PJ products?
Currently we do not offer our system in stores. Please call our toll free number anytime at 1-877-757-9474 to place an order.

Who do I contact?
All charitable requests for donations and handouts must be submitted in writing and mailed (no email please) to: Perfect Jumper LP, C/O Charity, PO Box 42, East Alton, IL 62024. Please allow up to four weeks for a response.
I would like to review PJ products. Who do I contact?
Perfect Jumper accepts interviews and product reviews on a case-by-case-bases. Please call (618) 465-4667.
Who should I contact for billing disputes?
Please submit all billing disputes and questions to
Billing@PerfectJumper.com (subject: Billing). Include your name, comments, email address and phone number. Please allow two business days for our first response to your inquiry. If our response is not final, a representative will review your inquiry and contact you within 15 business days.
Who should I contact for business development?
Our CEO reviews business development proposals during the first month of each business quarter. All proposals are welcomed. We do not guarantee approval of any offer. Send your proposal to
